Design Your Own Wallet
Custom wallets for men are a great way to show off your artwork and designs. Made using 100% real leather, it will last for years. The leather will develop a very slightly creased patina over time and give your custom wallets so much charm and character.
If you are looking for a wallet that has the same amazing water repellent, hard-wearing properties as leather but in a leather alternative, then our matte oilcloth is the perfect choice. 100% waterproof, wipe-clean and super strong, it makes for a fantastic wallet material.

How your Custom Wallets For Men are Made
Our printing technicians use state-of-the-art printing methods and techniques to print your design onto the material that you have chosen. This will be done in one of two ways depending on which textile is used. We use a specialist leather printing method to print your design onto leather, and a deep infusion technique for the fabric option. Both of our high-tech printing techniques will create a long-lasting, permanent print which give you high-quality, high-definition prints that will not fade or peel away.
Following that we hand-stitch the leather and make your custom wallets for men from scratch, the outer as well as the inner. What you get is an entirely handmade premium product.
The Nappa leather is sourced via Italian tanneries for printing and finishing in our own in-house atelier studio. This work is by hand and to order. As a full grain, bovine-calf leather, it is graded to the highest level for print and manufacturing quality.
Internals: These are made from goat leather, entirely by hand, here in-house.
Design Tips
Choose from a card-only internal design, or one which also features a coin pocket. Both options feature a lined pocket which is the perfect size for fitting full length, unfolded bank notes.
Design your own wallet with our easy to use online design tool. This will let you design your custom wallets as a whole piece, rather than the front and back separately. The point where the wallet folds is clearly visible on our interface, so make sure that there are no important details on the fold, as that will develop a charming creasing over time, and your print over this area may become less clear.

What's the best resolution to print in?
We print at 200dpi, which is a good combination of quality and file weight. Ideally, your image should be scaled to 100% at 200dpi, this means that no resizing of your file occurs stopping any interpolation.
Should I save my file as a TIFF or JPEG?
For multi-coloured or very detailed files we recommend using a tiff format, but they must be flattened. For simple colours and low detail files, a jpeg is fine.
Which colour model should I choose? RGB or CMYK?
We advise providing images in the RGB colour space. Specifically using the sRGB image profile, to achieve best colour results.What does this mean? In your editing software choose RGB as the working space, and assign the image profile as sRGB (full name sRGB IEC61966-2.1)
What does GSM mean?
Grams per Square Meter (GSM) is an international standard for measuring the weight of paper or fabric. GSM uses the weight of a square meter (1000 x 1000mm) as an indication of the weight and thickness of a given fabric. We class 20-100gsm as light (summer fabrics, gauzes and fine silks), 101-249 gsm as medium (most clothing fabrics) and 250+ gsm as heavy (upholstery fabrics, and other specialist fabrics).
What are bleed areas?
When designing your product, it’s best to make sure that your image is slightly larger than needed. In printing, the extra printed image is referred to as a “Bleed Area” or margin, and it is removed from the finished piece. A bleed area acts as a buffer for slight inconsistencies in the manufacturing process. however, it’s important to fill your bleed areas completely, or you may end up with white, unprinted strips along the edge of your finished product.
Do you print on garments a customer supplies?
Unfortunately not. All our garments are printed on flat fabric and sewn into finished products, which gives a better-finished result and all-over print. We test meticulously so that we know what gets the best results on our fabrics, and our facilities cater perfectly to them. We do however print sublimation paper to order, so if you have access to a heat press you can press your fabrics or flat garments easily.
Can you Align a Pattern or design across panels of a garment?
We always strive for the greatest accuracy when printing and constructing your garments. However, due to unavoidable stretch or movement of the fabric during the stitching process, we cannot guarantee perfect pattern registration across garment seams. We are generally accurate within 2-3mm, which is close enough for most patterns but may show slight issues with detailed geometric patterns.
Can I print my own Labels?
Most of our garments now come with printable label space for you to add your own company information and branding. If you would like to sew in your own labels, we also offer Printed Fabric Labels here.
How is your fabric printing eco-friendly?
With environmental consciousness in mind, our fabrics are all printed using completely water-based inks. This means no chemicals or solvents are used. Our heat fixing procedure fixes the colours and prints, avoiding the downsides of steaming, such as excess or contaminated water returning into the waste system. We have one facility where we conduct all the printing, production and fulfilment.

Why is this offered in two materials?
Italian nappa leather is a charming material that ages beautifully, developing more character the older it gets. Matte oilcloth is a great alternative for those who want the benefits of leather but not the leather itself.
How many cards can I fit in this?
There are two different designs options for your custom wallets for men, and the card slots vary. The card-only design has eight slots to fit your cards, whereas if you opt for the option which features a coin pouch, there will only be five.
What leather are these wallets made of?
We use smooth & textured nappa leather to make your custom wallets for men. Nappa is a full grain bovine leather, which is the best grade of leather available. It’s between 0.7 and 0.9 mm thick and is wonderfully soft to touch. The Nappa leather is sourced via Italian tanneries for printing and finishing in our own in-house atelier studio.
