This is one of the extremely strong and durable fabrics, constructed using spun yarns in a classic 2/2 twill, poly-blend weave. The weave is closed and tight making a solid fabric weighing 200gsm, which is opaque, allowing light to pass through and reveal to a degree the print underneath. The custom made Poly Twill fabric is taut everywhere but the bias where the give is generous.

The Twill is actually significantly heavier, weighing 200gsm compared to the 130gsm of the Polycotton sheeting. The Twill is also much more obviously woven in comparison to the smooth face of the sheeting.

Yes, this fabric is a lot tougher than it looks and is perfectly safe and easy to iron. We recommend ironing on a low heat. Due to its firm but soft structure, it can hold its shape well and return back to its original state without leaving creases, so you shouldn't need to iron too frequently.
