Custom Headscarf Handmade For You
Everything we do is individually made to order in our Contrado studio. The team of artisan seamstresses and textile experts handle your custom printed hijabs with care and precision, ensuring it's finished to the highest of standards.
Please note: As all of our scarves are handmade to order by professionals, there may be some variance in the dimensions, measurements, and shape of the scarf. A predictable amount of shrinkage is likely to occur, this is normal and to be expected, and will be more apparent in the natural fabrics. The average shrinkage is 2-8%. We use only premium quality fabrics that are naturally delicate in nature, so the edges of your headscarf may be wavy. Note when selecting our Mulmul Muslin, due to the fabrics open weave this may cause colour variations. This does not take away from the quality of the product, but rather adds a gorgeous vintage finish. Creating a truly charming one-of-a-kind statement piece. All our scarfs come with a mandatory care label, if you would like this to be customised then simply create an account and do so in our branding station.
Also, our Cashmere Wool Fabric is meticulously woven on hand looms using these exceptional fibers. As a result of this intricate process, minor flaws, imperfections, and irregularities in the weave may naturally arise. Occasionally, you may notice small white unprinted areas, which occur when fabric fluff sheds during processing, revealing the unprinted fabric underneath. This phenomenon is a normal part of the production process, and we maintain a tolerance of approximately 1-2 dots per m², which is considered acceptable. Additionally, please be aware that hemmed edges might exhibit some scalloping due to the unique nature of this material, which could lead to slight deviations from straight lines in your design. Rest assured, this is perfectly normal and expected.
